Golden-yellow with green highlights. Refined, intense fruitiness, with traces of freshly cut grass and artichoke leaves. Scructured on the palate, with balanced bitterness and spiciness.

Especially suitable for full-flavored dishes, such as soups or meat.

Luminous green with traces of gold, this oil has a delicate fruitiness with elegant herbaceous and spiced notes. The pleasantly versatile taste is marked by a rare harmony and an aromatic finish.

Especially suitable for delicate dishes as fish.

Green with golden tones. An oil with a fragrance of cut-grass and faint hints of fresh artichoke. The flavor balances sweet, bitter, and spicy notes, with a long finish of almonds and hazelnuts.

Our family has been passionate about olive oil since 1832; frou generations have cultivated this land and tended to these trees. We follow our olives from flowering to ripening, waiting patiently for the best moment to harvest the fruits and then transporting them to the oil mill ass quickly as possible.
